Our four month house hunting journey with Jerry began in December 2020. We connected with him about our wants and needs when looking for a home and asked him several questions in order to gage our connection with him. As someone who is skeptical of the stereotypical “pushy” agent, I can confidently say that within a quarter of a second, my partner and I got a sense that Jerry was everything but that. His caring demeanor allowed us to put forth our trust in him and the Ramos Team from the very start.

In those four months, Jerry remained professional and went the extra mile when working with us. He was thoughtful and intentional with the whole process and took every opportunity to educate us with the current market. From the get go, Jerry told us that house hunting would be emotional, especially in this Covid market, and it was—but we could not have hit the ground running without him. While we knew that he had other clients, it always felt like he prioritised us 24/7 and we have the call logs and messages to prove it.

He taught us so much about what to look for inside the homes and what to expect every step of the way.
